1. Define Strategy & Drive High-Impact Growth
- Set clear, ambitious performance objectives for your team, ensuring alignment with Crossian’s rapid growth goals.
- Develop scalable marketing models and data-driven strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.

2. Lead & Execute for Maximum Performance
- Own the full-funnel strategy—from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring every dollar spent drives profitable growth.
- Manage and inspire a team of 10-15 high-performing marketers, fostering a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly campaign execution.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
3. Develop & Elevate Your Team
