Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head of Wealth Managements Products to lead and drive our investment products and advisory services. This role focuses on product development, market analysis, and client advisory, with a goal of delivering robust investment strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, financial markets, and risk management, and be skilled in leading teams and engaging with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage investment product solutions, propositions, and distribution architecture, ensuring compliance across client segments.
Build and leverage partnerships to enhance the product suite, including due diligence and onboarding of third-party product vendors.
Achieve business goals for investment products, working closely with Sales Directors to identify demand and opportunities for new offerings.
Develop and execute investment strategies based on macroeconomic and microeconomic insights to guide business units and clients on market outlook and product suitability.
Establish a structured advisory process with model portfolios, ensuring alignment between clients' portfolios and standard models.
Support business units through training, sales support tools, and sales promotion programs to offer suitable client solutions.
Drive penetration and cross-sell opportunities to increase client engagement, assets under management (AUM), and total operating income (TOI).
Lead the development of investment counselors, strategists, and researchers dedicated to the private segment to coach and train sales teams.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CFA, or similar certification is preferred.
Experience:10-12 years in investment management or product management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within has strong background in wealth management products in capital, fund management, securities firms or wealth management of retail banking, priority clients ( must have)
Knowledge and Expertise:
In-depth understanding of various asset classes, investment tools, and risk management practices.
Strong grasp of financial markets, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to high ethical standards and integrity.
