Mô tả Công việc

1. Admin 1:

  • Oversee kitchen and canteen operations: menu planning, food ordering, cost control, hygiene, and safety compliance.

  • Support admin tasks: guest reception, event coordination, international shipping, invoice verification, and reporting.

  • Manage uniform distribution: annual planning, issuance to staff and new hires, replacements.

  • Handle in-kind allowances: monthly distribution, record keeping, and payment proposals.

  • Address employee concerns and report unresolved issues to management.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • 2. Admin 2:

Immigration Support: Process visa applications, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreign employees.

Fleet Management: Coordinate and schedule company car operations, managing driver teams efficiently.

Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors to the office professionally and courteously.

Event Planning: Assist in organizing and securing company events.

Facility Management: Ensure the office environment adheres to 6S principles and complies with safety regulations and CTPAT standards.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service delivery.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Language: Fluency in English or Chinese
  • No experience required, training will be provided.
