1. Admin 1:
Oversee kitchen and canteen operations: menu planning, food ordering, cost control, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Support admin tasks: guest reception, event coordination, international shipping, invoice verification, and reporting.
Manage uniform distribution: annual planning, issuance to staff and new hires, replacements.
Handle in-kind allowances: monthly distribution, record keeping, and payment proposals.
Address employee concerns and report unresolved issues to management.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
2. Admin 2:
Immigration Support: Process visa applications, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreign employees.
Fleet Management: Coordinate and schedule company car operations, managing driver teams efficiently.
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors to the office professionally and courteously.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing and securing company events.
Facility Management: Ensure the office environment adheres to 6S principles and complies with safety regulations and CTPAT standards.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service delivery.
