- Handle HR and administrative tasks: attendance, labor contracts, social insurance, and recruitment.
- Manage Representative Office finances: monitor budgets and operating expenses.
- Perform accounting duties: payments, document filing, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate with headquarters on financial reporting and compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations.
- Prepare regular reports as required by the Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and Vietnamese labor regulations.
- Careful, honest, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Fluent English
