HRBP Executive supports Line Manager in administering HR activities for the partnered functions (Salesforce). The role focuses on executing compensation and benefits processes, recruitment, training, talent development, manpower planning, and other assigned HR initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations and timely support to the business.
II. DIMENSION / KEY FIGURES
Direct subordinates: 0 Reports to: Senior HRBP Manager External partners: Sales team, outsourced payroll service, candidates, and relevant vendors Internal customers: Internal colleagues, especially those in partnered functions
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Business Insight
Develop a basic understanding of the partnered team's (Salesforce) operations and challenges.
Support Line Manager in executing HR plans aligned with business needs.
Carry out HR activities as guided by Line Manager
2. Manpower Planning
Support implementation of manpower planning activities, including data preparation, consolidation, and coordination.
3. Recruitment Support
Execute recruitment activities in alignment with company policies, including coordinating interviews, conducting initial screening, supporting offer preparation, and facilitating onboarding and probation follow-up.
Build professional rapport with candidates and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
4. Talent Development
Assist Line Manager in coordinating development and career programs for the partnered function.
Track individual development plans and follow up on progress.
Build positive working relationships with talents to understand their needs and provide timely HR support.
5. Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and preparing training plans for the partnered team.
Coordinate training logistics and track post-training evaluations.
Support execution of development initiatives for Salesforce.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Support performance management activities, including communication, data consolidation, and follow-ups.
Assist in salary review processes by preparing required data and documentation.
Ensure HR procedures (recruitment, transfers, promotion, termination, disciplinary actions) are carried out accurately and professionally.
7. Salesforce Engagement
Support Line Manager in planning and executing employee engagement activities for the Salesforce team.
8. Change & Culture Building
Assist in implementing change management initiatives when applicable.
Contribute proactively to building a positive and collaborative HR culture.
9. HR Partnership
Maintain strong working relationships with partnered functions and act as a reliable HR point of contact.
Support the delivery of HR solutions that enhance business performance.
10. Others
Prepare HR reports as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and monthly cost tracking.
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ Line Manager+1 or the company to contribute to the success of the HR function.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (HR or related major is a plus).
1–2 years of HR experience (HRBP exposure is an advantage).
Analytical and logical thinking skills; ability to work with numbers.
Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of people.
Good communication and ability to influence at a basic level.
Business acumen mindset (emerging).
Curious, proactive in learning, responsible, and a strong team player.
