Assist in improving sewing line productivity through line balancing, layout, and improvement projects.
Training staff about Line balancing, Line diagram design, Productivity monitoring, Timekeeping, and IE calculation formula.
Manage and monitor the work of staff, assign and assign specific tasks: Balancing lines, layout, tracking code conversion...
