LEAP (LEaders Acceleration Program) is a management trainee program at Knauf that is designed to help you accelerate your career in our dynamic and innovative company.

As a LEAP trainee, you will:

• Work closely with experienced leaders
• Get hands-on experience in various facets of our business

• Graduate or young talent with 0 – 3 years of work experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is welcome
• Proficient in English（preferably with IELTS score of 6.5 and above)
• Drive to succeed - strong intellectual abilities & learning agility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for innovation and sustainability
