'Brand Activities Excellence (60%)
- Assist the Brand Manager in executing the Marketing Plan by coordinating with Sales and Trade Teams to carry out effective campaigns, and achieve strong brand growth.
- Liaise closely with Agencies for branding and consumer communication activities (Including both ATL and BTL activities).
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure brand consistency and company policy.
- Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
Ensure Smooth Operation (40%):
- Support proposal, contract and invoice management for marketing services.
- Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the brand in charge.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
