I. JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a highly skilled Advertising Innovation to oversee the operation of our programmatic advertising including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, DSP, Affiliate. This role is responsible for automating and
optimizing advertising campaigns using data-driven approaches while also helping cross-functional teams highly perform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, programmatic advertising, project management and automation technologies.
II. RESPONSIBILITY
Marketing Automation
● Implement strategies to automate advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
● Implement product roadmap cross-functional team (Promotion & Merchandising)
● Work closely with data teams to leverage AI/ML models for real-time bid adjustments and audience targeting.
● Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot issues related to automation and optimization.
● Deep knowledge about advertising, programmatic system, bid strategy
Project Management
● Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards.
● Collaborate with relevant departments and teams to define project objectives, scope, and allocate resources effectively
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely mitigation measures
● Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, organize regular meetings, and provide consistent updates
● Evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and propose improvements for future projects.
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
● Skills
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent English writing skills and documentation
● Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, e-commerce operations, or digital agency industry
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, etc.) and programmatic bidding
- Experience with automation tools for digital marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of SQL or Python is a plus.
