Job Description

• To identify and correctly apprehend clients’ objectives and needs;
• To prepare and provide legal advices to the client’s satisfaction;
• To make sure that all documents produced by the Associate’s team are drafted in GV Lawyers’ standard format, appropriately written language wise and law-abiding in contents before forwarding to the Partner in charge for final review;
• To attend meetings/negotiate together with or on behalf of clients;
• To build up close working relationship with government authorities;
• To provide professional coaching to junior staff;
• To actively participate in the promotion activities and business development programs of the Firm in any appropriate ways and means ; and
• To perform other assignments as mandated by the Partners.

Requirements:

• Holding at least a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Lawyer Practice certificate;
• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience at reputable law firms;
• Advanced writing and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Demonstrating strong logical thinking, analytical, and persuasive skills;
• Being creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable;
• Be able to work under pressure, both independently and as a team leader.
