- Build schedule coordination with relevant departments.

- Analyze cause of gap between plan and actual results, formulate measures to resolve gap, request relevant departments

- Follow-up process from Front of Line to End of Line: Quality issue, preventive maintenance, machine upgrade

- Escalate technical issues and countermeasures when issues occur

- Cooperate with vendors and maintenance team to resolve the problems

- Support failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action of troubles

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-       Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or equivalent

-       1-3 year's experience in Process Control or Production Line

-       English communication (Must) (TOEIC 700 or above)

-       Japanese communication (Better)(JLPT N3 or above)

-       Experienced in production operation,overall management.

-       Logical thinking skills, Negotiation skills

-       Good reporting, team working, problem solving skills
