Coordinate overall business operations including: factories, Dept of Lean/Technical/IWS ... to meet the Goals of company (labor productivity, quality control, efficiency, and safety...).
Serve as the company representative on regulatory issues and strive to improve operating procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, processes, and management reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement to meet KPIs of factories, Yield is the most important measure for this task.
Generating and modifying manufacturing process documentation (SOPs) and assuring that manufacturing processes and related documentation follow established policies and procedures.
Analyzing, evaluating manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed: Set up/Optimize facility layout, production process flow, production lines, machine operations and network performance
Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources: work on manpower mapping and update once changing process, new machine implemented…
Handover from investment/new equipment to production, training and implemented smoothly
Support Operations Director in develop new products, new machinery and test effective automated and manual systems
Deploy/promote the best practices across the factories
Coordinate to relevant departments to support production activities…
Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
Work closely with quality department for successful new product launch.
Developing training programs and coordinating in deploy training for production team to enhance skills, compliance to all safety, food-safety, productivity…
Other assignments as requested.

Experience:
Work in Manufacturing/Production at least 4 years.
Lean, IWS, TPM, Operation Excellence, World Class Manufacturing…

Fluency in English is required and preferred in additional languages.
Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
Able to be flexible, and willing to work (only required in some countries) overtime or one shift systems.
