Mô tả Công việc

1. POSITION PURPOSE

Handle policy alterations and valuations requests assigned by Head of PS from time to time in order to meet the clients’ expectations and to enhance company service quality.

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Policy Service Operations

  • Handle policy alterations, reinstatements and valuations accurately, timely and in good customer services manners.
  • Regularly follow up the pending report to make sure the client’s request to be processed appropriately.
  • Stay current and proficient with workflow, latest forms, computer system, application and department goal.

Team Support

  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team capabilities and service quality
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance

Process Improvement

  • Participate actively in development of working procedure/special project with effective and timely manner
  • Support system testing and contribute to automation efforts
  • Recommend to Head of PS initiatives in improving the PS efficiency and quality of services.

Other jobs as delegated by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant life insurance qualifications such as LOMA certificates.
  • At least 2 years of customer services experience.
  • Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English: fluent
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and excel.
  • Ability to learn all current company operating systems needs to perform the job.
  • Strong customer services focus, attention to quality, accuracy and detail.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal interface:

  • Report directly to Head of PS
  • Co-ordinate with other sections of OP to process daily activities.

External interface:

  • Policy Owner.
  • Customer Service team and sale force.
