Key Responsibilities
1. Industrialization
• Optimize the first production batches to meet quality and technical
standards for mass production.
• Support factories in improving production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing production processes.
2. Quality Management
• Monitor and control product quality during production and before shipment.
• Enhance the quality management systems of suppliers.
• Coach and train supplier quality teams to meet expectations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and local regulations on quality, safety,
environment, toxicology, and social responsibility.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements
• Strong ability to lead quality projects, make decisions, and influence others.
• Passion for sports — experience in hiking, camping, or trekking is a plus.
• Proven skills in supplier management and quality system management.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work on-site frequently (3–4 days/week) in Phu Tho – Hung Yen.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
• Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong team spirit, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business-minded and result-oriented, with the ambition to expand your scope of
responsibility.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
