QA LEADER - Chinese Speaking

1. Quality control: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.

2. Team LeaderShip:

2.1. Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance.

2.2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. Communicate quality issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

3. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, R&D, customer service) to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the organization.

4. Performance Monitoring:

4.1. Monitor key quality metrics and use them to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

4.2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control procedures are followed.

5. Documentation: Ensure that all documentation is accurate, thorough, and accessible.

6. Process Improvement:

6.1. Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement effective solutions.

6.2. Use data and feedback to drive changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.

7. Risk Management:

7.1. Identify potential risks related to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

7.2. Implement preventative measures to avoid quality issues.

8. Compliance:

8.1. Ensure that all products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

8.2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred:

 

 Quality Management

 Industrial Engineering

  Mechanical Engineering

  Textile Engineering (for apparel/footwear)

  Chemistry / Materials Science (for lab testing–heavy industries)

  In some cases, Diploma or associate degree + strong experience in QC/QA can be accepted.

2.Additional Training / Certifications (Highly Valued)

  ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

  Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt or Black Belt)

  Kaizen / 5S / Continuous Improvement

  Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  Auditing Certifications (Internal Auditor for ISO standards, SA8000, etc.)
