QA/QC ENGINEER

• Participate in requirement analysis, design test cases, and checklists for each feature of the product.

• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

• Conduct interface testing, API testing, and database testing as required.

• Proactively document bugs, provide detailed descriptions of bugs, and track bug-fixing progress on management tools (Jira/Redmine/Trello…).

• Collaborate with BA, Dev, and PM to ensure product quality before release.

• Participate in reviewing requirement documents, design documents, and colleagues' test cases.

• Propose solutions to improve the testing process and enhance product quality.

• Participate in performance testing or automation testing if experienced.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated from College/University with a major in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in a Tester/QA position.

• Proficient in testing techniques, testing processes, and software development models (Agile/Scrum).

• Skilled in writing test cases, test plans, and test reports.

• Familiar with using Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.

• Ability to read and understand basic SQL queries for data testing.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in automation (Selenium, Cypress, Katalon…) or performance testing (JMeter).

• Good communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Meticulous, careful, logical thinking, and responsible for work.
