Education: Graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Economics in HCMC University of Technology, Architecturec,.. 

Experience: Over 3 years experiences in QS postion work at Consultant, Invester, Constractor,.. 

Specialized skills:

The candidate must have a skills as below: 

1. Understanding drawings: The candidate must be able to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
2. Quantity take-off: The candidate must be able to accurately calculate quantities for both structural and finishing works.
3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) creation: The candidate must be able to prepare a basic BOQ based on their quantity take-off.

English: Intermediate with 4 skills. The candidate will interview an English and a skills test

Software skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, experience with BIM software for quantity surveying is a plus

Soft skills: Persistence, discipline, able to withstand pressure, eager to learn
