Lead and direct all quality-related activities throughout the organization.
Oversee and verify the quality standards of incoming raw materials, components during production and completed goods to ensure they meet specified requirements.
Design and implement comprehensive inspection protocols for incoming materials, in-process stages, and final product checks to guarantee adherence to all product quality benchmarks.
Develop, establish and ensure the effective execution of all necessary quality-related procedures to satisfy operational and compliance standards.
Ensure the development and implementation of robust quality control plans to consistently achieve superior product quality.
Collaborate proactively and effectively with various departments to swiftly and efficiently resolve any quality-related issues or concerns.
Take full responsibility for the management, calibration, and maintenance of all measuring instruments and equipment.
Cultivate a strong quality awareness culture among all personnel and partner with Human Resources to facilitate relevant technical training programs.
Address and resolve customer feedback, concerns, or complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
Strive to consistently exceed customer expectations in all aspects of product quality and service.
Additional Tasks:
Accountable for achieving departmental targets for both productivity and quality benchmarks.
Partner with the Human Resources department in processes such as staff recruitment, crafting job specifications, conducting performance evaluations, and orchestrating the training and professional growth of team members to foster high levels of team productivity and operational efficiency.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment within the department that promotes teamwork, mutual support, and opportunities for cross-training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management/Board of Directors regarding production progress and delivery performance, identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a similar technical discipline is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership capacity, specifically within the furniture manufacturing sector or a comparable industrial environment.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
High proficiency in standard office software applications.
Previous experience working within an international or foreign-owned company setting is considered a significant advantage.
