To drive client success by developing and executing performance media strategies across key platforms. This role is responsible for managing daily campaign operations, analyzing KPIs, and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize performance, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver results.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute performance-driven media strategies, selecting optimal ad formats and placements to achieve client goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of advertising accounts across platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Twitter (X).
Analyze campaign performance against core KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS); use insights from audience and creative data to implement data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to ensure project success.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hands-on experience with performance advertising on major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Twitter, etc.), including knowledge of best practices for optimization.
2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing; prior experience at a 4A agency is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify performance issues, interpret key metrics (CPI, ROAS, etc.), and propose effective solutions.
Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and execution skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Full professional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
