Research, build, deploy, and apply brand identity guidelines for FE Credit.
Monitor compliance with FE Credit's visual identity standards across online and direct communication channels.
Monitor, research and make reports on competitors' online platform activities.
Control/coordinate digital media activities to prevent risks and crises.
Plan, deploy, and develop advertising channels and digital media communication for FE Credit
Build, edit, and control all media content on all online media channels of the company
Optimize content for websites and social network channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok... to increase visibility, maintain and grow brand indicators such as public interaction, emotional index, customer discussion rate about the brand on social networks...
Manage, monitor and report the effectiveness of the company's owned online communication channels.
Register and manage trademark protection for FE Credit's products.
Brand audit annually.
