The senior Business Analyst (BA) plays a vital role to link between the company, teams, and clients. This role works on projects inside and outside the company to get important results. The main job is to understand what everyone needs, analyze it, and come up with solutions. After giving out solutions, the senior BA works closely with the Development team, Testing team, and others to ensure everything is implemented successfully. The senior BA also shares the findings and suggestions with the teams and clients.

• Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire their problem statements, objectives, and risks, ensuring a complete understanding of their expectations and demands.
• Analyze and collaborate with the Technology team to break down feasibility and develop suitable solutions.
• Break down technical tasks, estimate efforts, and outline the implementation timeline.
• Write documents such as BRD, FRD, UC, US, mockups, wireframes, etc., ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the project delivery.
• Coordinate with the UX/UI team, Tech team, QA team, and DevOps to ensure smooth implementation of all requirements.
• Support the Project Manager, Product Owner, KAM, DevOps, Security team and others during projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager or support projects as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst (Mandatory).
• Experience in multiple domains such as outsourcing, banking, insurance, fintech, logistics etc.
• Proven experience working with various project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Stories/Use Case Specification Document, Functional Requirement Document.
• Proficiency with BPMN 2.0.
• Proficiency with mockup/wireframe tools like draw.io, Figma.
• Experience with software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Information Technology, Economics, or other related fields.
• Certification in business analysis such as CBAP, PBA, CCBA, etc. is a very big plus.
