Our client (Japanese company) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with deep knowledge of labor law and broad experience in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law. This includes creating internal regulations, collective labor agreements, and handling labor disputes.
• Oversee payroll processing, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
• Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, foster positive employee relationships, and ensure a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations, implement innovative practices, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HR staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the team.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles, coordinating with the Finance team on relevant matters.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
• Strong command of Vietnamese Labor Law and practical experience in policy implementation and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize HR systems (payroll, insurance, performance management, training).
• Solid knowledge of general civil law, with a basic understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Good command of English
