Mô tả Công việc

Plan and execute sales activities for hand-held machine tools, agricultural machinery, and related equipment.

-Oversees in-charged area sales activities, disciplinary and …

-Lead and manage sales teams to achieve defined sales objectives and performance targets.

-Make action plans of sales activities weekly/monthly

-Identify and onboard new potential dealers, and conduct regular sales meetings to strengthen partnerships.

-Develop the markets, executing sales strategies to achieve company goals

-Presenting, display products to the dealers/ end-user and inform dealers of product offering;

-Reporting to Regional Sales Manager/HQ

-Provide sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams

-Establishing new dealers, follow up and retain the existing dealers

-Evaluate sales staff performance and maintain accurate records and documentation.

-Together with service team to ensure that the needs of customer are being satisfied.

-Achieve sales targets and contribute to company goals and objectives.

-Create a timely sales report, update sales data when required

-Coordinate and supervise sales team travel plans, adjusting schedules and itineraries as necessary for efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

- Male candidate with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role, including leading a team of at least 5 members.
- Experience in the power tools or agricultural tools industry is a strong advantage.
- Being open minded and ready to learn and explore, eager to experience new cultures.
- Being persuasive with great communications and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
- Proactive, highly committed, confident, good organizational.
- Fluent in English with strong leadership capabilities.
- B2 driving license.
