· Managing Production operations & leads the production team to achieve the planned targets, garments deliveries and buyer’s quality standards.

· Oversee the status of daily production schedule, ensure that corrective action is being implemented and followed.

· Ensure the input for production lines by setting and following up the production plan.

· Follow up the effectiveness of newly implemented procedures and ensures that all operators understand its importance and following.

· Ensure that all workers have to be in good discipline of quality awareness, housekeeping

· Ensure that effective corrective actions are taken by workers on the high percentage defects, if any.

· Compliance towards safety policies and regulation all the times

· Improve the process in order to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness

Education Background:

·       College or University

Working Experience:

·       With 05 years or above of working experience in the position of Production of textiles or garment manufacturing.

·       Good command written and spoken in English or Chinese.
