Supply Planning Manager

CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Supply Planning Manager to manage Production Team.

• Manage MM/MRP planning (raw materials, packaging) to ensure stable production plan

• Manage short-term finished goods production planning (MPS) (1-3 months) to optimize production resources.

• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging and SLOB (RM/PM) to ensure optimal warehouse utilization and other resources.

• Participate and coordinate with departments on projects related to material and packaging changes, as well as their impact on finished goods production planning.

• Manage payment processes for packaging suppliers.

Responsibilities

1. NPI/ Project/ Change management:

• Collaborate closely with relevant departments (MKT, SCM, Production, RnD, Innovation, Costing, etc.) to ensure that new raw materials and packaging arrive on schedule to meet project timelines and product launch dates.

• Coordinate with MKT, RnD, Innovation, FSC, PCM, M&E to ensure smooth formulation/artwork changes and cost-saving initiatives while minimizing SLOB.

2. MPS - Scheduler:

• Coordinate closely with Sales, SCM, MKT, and PCM to ensure accurate and timely raw material and packaging supply plans.

• Track the supply progress of seasonal and regularly used raw materials/ packaging, monitoring early/late arrivals to adjust procurement and inventory planning accordingly.

• Control inventory levels of raw materials and packaging based on MIN/MAX thresholds and the MTS/MTO model to optimize costs and warehouse operations.

• Work with PCM and suppliers to resolve issues related to MOQ, pricing, and daily/weekly call-off schedules to optimize costs and minimize SLOB

• Monitor, update, and proactively address risks related to raw material and packaging SLOB in collaboration with SCM, MKT, Sales,...

• Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize SLOB for raw materials and packaging in De-MKT products.

• Provide De-MKT recommendations for product lines facing supply difficulties to enhance production efficiency.

3. Report Analysis:

• OOS Report

• SLOB Report

• OR Report

• Review of materials with long lead-times

• DOI Report

4. Special Situation & Issue Management:

• Manage special inventory allocations

• Prioritize and adjust production schedules

• Modify promotions and handle aging stock

• Manage crisis situations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: At least 05 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or material planning in a manufacturing environment, in a similar position.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Proficiency in supply planning tools, MRP, and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SAP)

• Knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory management best practices, and cost optimization strategies

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business needs

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
