A Pest Control & Fumigation Services company is seeking Technical Manager with details:

• Manage and oversee all operations of the Technical Department (TD), including coaching and training technical staff to deliver professional service and product quality to clients.
• Conduct site assessments, develop technical proposals, determine resource norms, and manage labor/material allocations efficiently.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc field inspections to ensure service delivery meets company and customer standards.
• Personally handle complaints regarding unsatisfactory services and implement corrective actions to meet client expectations.
• Recommend rewards and disciplinary actions for technical department staff based on performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to develop technical procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Drive performance improvements across the team to enhance productivity, strengthen company image, and establish the company as the leading provider of pest control and fumigation services.
• Provide regular reports on business performance, including revenue, costs, and forecasts to the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College or university degree, preferably in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or Chemistry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within fumigation, pest control, agricultural exports/imports, or crop protection sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
• English proficiency is a strong advantage (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Technical expertise in insect and pest control procedures.
• Strong skills in communication, report writing, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Proven leadership in managing technical staff and departmental documentation.
• Experience in delivering staff training and performance improvement initiatives
