The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, handling,
movement, and timely dispatch of goods. This role ensures the safety of both direct and
indirect materials while leading the team to perform tasks safely and with high quality.
TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN
Material Receiving & Storage:
Guide trucks and containers to the correct docking positions.
Verify shipment documents and container seals.
Unseal and inspect container conditions, reporting abnormalities to supervisors.
Unload, count, and compare received materials against shipping documents, escalating
discrepancies.
Notify the data system team after verifying shipment details.
Move materials to designated warehouse locations and ensure proper labeling before storage.
Store materials following the First Expire, First Out (FEFO) principle.
Material Handling & Distribution:
Pick materials as per job order requirements and update the system accordingly.
Deliver materials to production, ensuring proper receiving confirmation signatures.
Maintain accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
Finished Goods (FGs) Management:
Receive and store finished goods in the correct warehouse locations.
Ensure FG packaging includes necessary labels and passes OQC inspection.
Prepare FGs according to shipment schedules.

Verify labels to ensure correct SKUs, lot numbers, and quantities.
Report abnormalities related to FEFO compliance or packaging quality.
Properly arrange FGs within containers for shipment.
Warehouse Operations Management:
Supervise warehouse staff to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
Lead the team in continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving activities.
Conduct training sessions for new employees and refresher training for existing members.

Học vấn

• Intermediate-level degree or higher.

Kinh nghiệm

•  Minimum of 3 years in warehouse management.

Kiến thức

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic English communication skills.
