Update candidate status

To change the status of each candidate as well as track the candidate's application process, you can easily do it with a few taps.

A. For list view:

Step 1: Go to the “Manage candidates” page and click on the candidate you want to edit the status.

Step 2: Select "Update rating"

Step 3: Select the status and click save.

B. For board view: You can drag and drop candidates according to each state on the system.

Note: the states available on the system include:

- Apply: candidates have just applied

- Undecided: recruiters are just viewing and selecting

- Check: Used when the employer categorizes, evaluates or transfers this resume.

- Interview: Used when the employer categorizes, evaluates or transfers this profile to the state of job offer.

- Job offer: Used when the employer categorizes, evaluates or transfers this profile to the status of accepting a job.

- Accept the job: When the employer categorizes, evaluates or transfers this profile to the status of accepting the job.

- Not suitable: When the employer categorizes, evaluates, or moves this profile into a non-conforming state.

- Rejected: When the employer categorizes, evaluates or moves this profile into a declined state.
