When a dispute arises, Careerviet Solution Joint Stock Company promotes negotiation and mediation between the parties to maintain members'' trust in the Company''s service quality and follows these steps:

+ Step 2: The Company''s Customer Care Department or Sales Department will receive members'' feedback. These Departments proactively resolve quickly and respond to complaints based on the policies announced by the Company.

+ Step 3: Depending on the level of violation, the Company will provide appropriate handling measures. In case the two parties cannot reach a common voice through negotiation. The company will bring this case to the competent state agency for resolution according to law., employers and job seekers are responsible for receiving complaints and supporting job seekers or employers related to job content posted on the website


Complaint resolution time is within 3 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
