Chief Executive Officer
CEO at CareerViet, Mr. Bùi Ngọc Quốc Hưng, with over 26 years of experience, including 15 years specializing in talent connection and the development of online recruitment solutions.
Mr. Hưng has led CareerViet from its inception, transforming the company into one of the leading human resources firms in Vietnam. Prior to this, he accumulated over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. Mr. Hưng held key roles such as Regional Director at Maritime Bank and Branch Manager at Techcombank Saigon, where he gained recognition for restructuring processes, building teams, and fostering corporate culture.
Mr. Bùi Ngọc Quốc Hưng holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University (USA) and a bachelor''s degree from the Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh City
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Truong Dinh Nam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at CareerViet (formerly CareerBuilder Vietnam). Prior to joining CareerViet, Mr. Nam held senior accounting roles at prominent companies in Vietnam, including Chief Financial Officer at Pham Nguyen Confectionery Company and Management Accountant at Unilever Vietnam.
Mr. Truong Dinh Nam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Prior to joining CareerViet, Ms. Anh Nguyen has 12 years of experience in leading and developing a recruitment firm in Hanoi. She also has experience in the E-Commerce industry as the Sales Director of Nhommua.com.
Ms. Anh Nguyen has B.A in Business Law from University of Law, Hanoi.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Nhung is a strategic leader with over 12 years of experience in driving operational excellence and strategic innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Director at CareerViet.vn, she oversees six key departments including Marketing, HR, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Talent Solution & Partnership. She plays a pivotal role in delivering integrated strategies that optimize business performance and align with corporate goals. Her expertise spans P&L management, cross-functional leadership, and developing scalable business processes for sustainable growth.
Before joining CareerViet.vn, Ms. Kim Nhung gained extensive experience in the banking industry at Maritime Bank. As part of the Young Leader program, she participated in restructuring projects under the direct guidance of McKinsey company. She later advanced to the position of Branch Manager.
Ms. Kim Nhung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City and a Master''s in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
