AI Matching - Match right hire fast

AI Matching is a technology that leverages machine learning algorithms to analyze candidate resumes (CVs). This feature consists of two core functionalities:

- AI Matching: The AI model automatically analyzes submitted resumes and compares them with job descriptions (JDs), generating a matching score (expressed as a percentage) along with a comprehensive evaluation report. 

- CV Summary: The AI model automatically analyzes and generates a concise summary of the candidate's resume when the user accesses CareerViet's Resume Search service. 

This feature is designed to deliver the following key benefits to recruiters:

- Accelerated and more effective screening: By providing a snapshot of the candidate's profile immediately upon application—directly integrated into the application notification email—recruiters can make faster and more informed initial screening decisions. 

- Faster recruitment process: Helps reduce candidate screening time by at least 50%, significantly enhancing recruiter productivity. 

Target users of this feature include internal HR personnel, recruiters, and hiring managers. To use AI Matching, users must meet the following criteria:

- For AI Matching: The feature is free for all users. However, it requires at least one active job posting and at least one applicant for that posting. 

- For CV Summary: The feature is also free for all users and available when using the Resume Search service.

AI MATCHING

The AI model automatically analyzes candidate resumes (CVs) upon application, compares them with job requirements (JDs), and generates a matching score (expressed as a percentage) along with a detailed evaluation report.

Step 1: Access the Candidate Management module

- Navigate directly to the Candidate Management module from the main menu. 

- Alternatively, in the Job Listings tab within the Job Management module, click the Applications button for the relevant job posting to access the Candidate Management module.

Step 2: Review the matching score and evaluation report

Step 3: Provide feedback on the evaluation result

- A popup will automatically appear after clicking the feedback button, allowing you to indicate whether the evaluation is appropriate.

Step 4: Adjust the weighting of evaluation criteria as needed

- In the toolbar, click the Adjust Evaluation Criteria button. 

- A popup will automatically appear after clicking.

- Once adjustments are completed, the AI model will recalculate the matching score based on the new weighting.

CV SUMMARY

The AI model automatically analyzes and generates a summary of candidate resumes (CVs) when users utilize the Resume Search service on CareerViet.

Step 1: Access the Resume Search service

- Navigate directly to the Resume Search section from the main menu.

Step 2: Enter search criteria or filter by industry

- Input specific search criteria or select a category based on the desired job function or industry.

Step 3: Review the provided CV summary

- The AI-generated summary will be displayed for each candidate profile.

Step 4: Provide feedback on the summary's accuracy

- A popup will automatically appear after clicking the feedback button, allowing you to confirm whether the summary is accurate or needs adjustment.
