Free Entry Level Job Posting Regulation

1. The display order of free job postings on CareerViet.vn:  will be displayed below the paid job postings.

2. Job requisition on HRCentral: When customers compose a job posting and select the level of "Student/Intern/Fresh Graduate," the system will automatically default to "No experience required."

3. Regulations for free job postings: Posted positions must go through approval before being displayed, including:

• Job Level
• Experience
• Job description must include the correct level/experience information as specified in the program, including cases where the recruitment content mentions a preference for experienced candidates.
• Job duplicates (Job Duplicate) with the same job title or existing listings in the job list.
• Contact information: The job posting content should not contain contact information such as email, address, phone number, etc.
• Insufficient job posting content.
• Email address for receiving CVs: Only email addresses with the company's domain will be approved.

4. Job posting approval time: Customer postings will be reviewed within 48 business hours.

5. Other regulations:

After posting for free, the postings can still utilize additional paid services.

Upgrading the job level from "Staff" and above requires using a paid service.

Free postings are not eligible for Auto-Wow Support and Repost features.

Pending approval postings can only use the copy, edit, and view features and will be displayed in the "Active Jobs" tab with the text "Pending approval."
