How to find the candidates who are urgently looking for the job?

To find the candidates who are urgently looking for the jobs in comparison with the others, the recruiters can: 

1. At Search Resumes Page, the recruiters can simply click the "Status of Jobseeker" then filter "Candidate urgently looking for the job"  and click to "Search".  Once completed, the list of resumes with tag "OpentoNewJobs" will automatically appear to let the recruiters know that these candidates are ready to change jobs.

2. At Manage Job Posting Page, the recruiter can simply click to the "Status of Jobseeker" then filter "Candidate urgently looking for the job" and click to "Search". Once completed, the list of candidates applied for the job need urgent job will automatically appear with the tag "OpentoNewJobs" to let the recruiters know that these candidates are ready to change jobs.

***Notes:

The candidate's status "OpentoNewJobs" will be automatically off if the candidate switch off this feature on their CareerViet's Profile, or this will be automatically inactive after 90 days.

In case the Employer responds that the candidate no longer needs to find an urgent job, the CareerViet Customer Service Department will contact the candidate to confirm and off this status within 8 working hours from the time of verification.
