AI - Generated JD: AI Job Description Generator

AI-Generated JD is a feature powered by Large Language Models (LLM) that enables the system to automatically generate job descriptions (JD) based on data provided by employers. The AI analyzes or extracts the input information and produces a complete, clear, and standardized JD aligned with recruitment best practices.

This feature includes two main functions:

- AI-Powered Job Description Creation: The system uses AI to automatically generate a detailed job description based on the input provided by the employer (e.g., job title, skills, experience). 

- Data Extraction from Existing Sources: The system applies AI to analyze and extract information from existing inputs (e.g., documents, sample JDs, internal content), then automatically fills in the relevant fields in the form. 

The AI-Generated JD feature is provided completely free of charge and is designed to help employers optimize the JD creation process with the following purposes:

- Save time and effort: Quickly generate a complete JD in just a few simple steps, instead of writing it manually from scratch. 

- Flexible customization: Employers can freely edit and supplement the generated JD according to the specific needs of their business and the requirements of each position. 

- Standardize employer branding: Ensure all JDs follow a consistent, professional structure, enhancing the company’s recruitment brand. 

- Expand reach: AI-generated JDs are structured in a search engine-friendly format, making job postings more visible and accessible to the right candidates. 

USER GUIDE

Step 1: Access the AI-Generated JD feature from the Dashboard.

Step 2: Select a method to create the job description:

1. Create with AI

- Enter the required input information (job title, skills, experience, etc.) and Click Create

- The system will display a suggested JD → Employers can request a rewrite, edit, or add details before proceeding to the next step.

2. Enter URL

- Paste the link to a webpage that contains the job description content.

3. Upload File

- Upload a job description file in the required format.

4. Copy & Paste

- Paste the job description content directly into the input field.

Step 3: Review and confirm the information in the job posting form before completing the process.
