British Vietnamese International School Hanoi - BVIS Hanoi BVIS is a new international school - Part of BIS group of school - opened in South Saigon in August 2011 and due to open in Vincom Village Hanoi in August 2012 and Royal City Hanoi in August 2013. It will provide a quality international education in both the English and Vietnamese languages whilst committing to protecting and promoting Vietnamese language and culture. BVIS graduates will be destined for premier universities abroad, they will be independent learners possessing a world vision but with a Vietnamese perspective. BVIS is a super 'greenfield' site initiative which will see unrivalled facilities, technologies and human resources come together to create a unique international school. BVIS Accounting Department The BVIS Accounting Department plays an important role in its operating organization. It aims to maintain an accurate system of accounting books, documents, accounts and financial statements which meet the Vietnamese Accounting requirements. It reflects the results of business activities of the organization. It is also responsible for providing a wide variety of specialized accounting information for Board of Director and other Department Heads within BVIS. Objectives of the BIS Accounting Department To monitor expenses, revenues and other information in regard to the financial issues. To maintain an accurate accounting system that presents the actual operating situation of the school. To comply with the regulations of Vietnam on Tax declaration and to fulfil payment of any other taxes as promulgated by laws at the time of annual tax payment To ensure the self-balancing of the school’s financial requirements through legal sources of income. To ensure the school fees and other fees are kept to a reasonable level. To provide parents with precise information relating to school fees structure/payment mode, payment receivable, and other accounting issues.
