- Working location: Giang Vo ward, Hanoi city, Vietnam

- Monthly Salary: 23,000,000～26,000,000VND

Responsibility
1. Develop and maintain relationships with Industrial Parks (IP/IZ) and consultant companies.
2. Conduct regular visits to IP/IZ to collect market information and identify potential clients.
3. Build and update a database of foreign-invested companies (Japanese, European, Asian, American).
4. Introduce company services to potential clients and explore construction opportunities.
5. Prepare visit reports and update management on market trends and project leaders.
6. Evaluate potential customers and support initial client communication when project information arises.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Business and Marketing
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience: Have 3-5 years of experience at Sales and Marketing position
・Technical Skills: 
- Experience in B2B sales, client development, or business development (preferably in the construction or industrial sector).
- Good communication and relationship-building skills with Japanese and foreign clients.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
