RGF's client- a Japanese general trading company in various industries - is looking for a Chemical Trading Assistant to support and gradually succeed a senior trading specialist in chemical trading business operations, developing into a primary account manager capable of independently managing business with suppliers and customers.

• Working Location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on experience and language skills
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Support chemical trading operations from inquiry and quotation through delivery and payment; coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage commercial, shipping, customs, and trade-related documents; support import/export procedures and logistics coordination.
  • Provide Japanese/Vietnamese interpretation and communication support between HQ and suppliers/customers; attend business meetings and negotiations as required.
  • Support pricing and commercial negotiations, conduct market research, and prepare reports on chemical market trends, customer activities, and business opportunities.
  • Learn trading know-how and customer management skills from senior traders, with opportunities to gradually take responsibility for customers, suppliers, and business development.
  • Support additional assignments as required and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments in HN and the HCM Branch.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher  
• Language Skill: English - Business Level 
• Working experience: Fresh candidates majoring in International Trading can apply. Prefer Candidates who have 2-3 years of working experience as Trading Assistant, Sales Staff or Sales Assistant in a Trading company.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and develop long-term expertise in chemical trading
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Preferably early-career professionals with strong potential for long-term development
• Interested in building a long-term career in international trading
• Open to learning directly from a senior industry professional and taking over responsibilities over time
