RGF's Client - a Japanese company manufacturing and supplying electrical equipment - is looking for a Production Manager - Manufacturing to lead and optimize production operations for electrical equipment manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution of production plans, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Working Location: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals
• Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste
• Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management
• Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency
• Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field
• Language Skill: English or Korean - Business Level
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production manager
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience in electrical panels
