133937 - Exposure Equipment Engineer - Manufacturing

RGF's client- a Japanese company in the optical & photonics industry - is looking for an Exposure Equipment Engineer to provide high-quality on-site technical support, maintenance, and customer service for lighting and equipment solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Working Location: Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support for exposure equipment, including installation, setup, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to and resolve customer equipment issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure stable operation of exposure equipment.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills related to semiconductor / PCB manufacturing equipment.
  • Communicate with clients and the Japan headquarters to understand technical needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Support the planning and execution of field service projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Work closely with the technical team in Japan to provide high-quality technical support to clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
    

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Language: English - Business level (Able to discuss with client)
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer (especially, maintenance engineer, not process or production engineer)
• Experience in maintenance of semiconductor or PCB-related equipment.

*Internal production engineer can't apply

Others:

• Can work independently and willing to ask for support
• Patient, flexible, and work with hospitality
• Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Japanese or Korean skill
