RGF's client, a Japanese company in the real estate field, is looking for a Japanese-speaking Project Manager to manage and coordinate real estate projects comprehensively, ensuring that project schedules, quality, and budgets are maintained in accordance with Japanese company standards. The position also serves as a key liaison between the Japanese team and partners in Vietnam, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues arising throughout project execution.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Deputy GD in project initiation and development of execution plans (including project overview, procedures, risk assessment, milestones, procurement strategy, construction strategy & management plan, VE (Value Engineering), cost reduction measures, etc.).
- Manage, monitor, and ensure the execution of the overall project plan, quality, and progress.
- Closely monitor the project to ensure it is implemented according to schedule and company policies/requirements.
- Regularly report site conditions (issues, response status, progress, etc.) to headquarters.
- Manage and control overall project aspects, including product quality, construction quality, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) quality.Develop and manage risk response plans for the entire project.
- Manage all project information and relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate department personnel of the local developer.
- Oversee and manage the approval process for construction plans, shop drawings, and material-related documentation.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Conduct and manage final project inspections, both external and internal.
- Handle regulatory compliance management tasks, including statutory inspections and utility connections.
- Manage as-built records, related documents, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct and chair site meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Correct construction deficiencies (defects).
- Develop strategic plans for effective management of project budget and cash flow.
- Contribute to cost reduction through effective planning of construction costs.
