134193 - MEP Manager - Construction

RGF's client- a Japanese company in the Construction industry - is looking for a MEP Manager to lead and oversee MEP construction management across multiple projects, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and safety while developing MEP personnel, improving construction processes and productivity, and managing relationships with clients and subcontractors.

• Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans for MEP construction personnel
• Develop and evaluate MEP construction personnel
• Strengthen the foundation of the MEP construction organization and standardize work processes
• Provide integrated oversight of quality, schedule, cost, and safety across multiple projects
• Review MEP construction plans and execution policies
• Support the resolution of technical issues
• Drive initiatives to improve construction quality and productivity
• Conduct technical discussions and negotiations with clients
• Build partnerships with subcontractors

Necessary Skills / Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Total of around 10 years of experience, including:

• At least 7 years of construction management experience in building services works, Factory (mechanical or electrical systems).
• Management of more than 5 subordinates.
• Ability to implement authorities' permission & inspection.

- Technical skills requirements:

• Deep understanding of international and local building codes (TCVN, NFPA, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Basic understanding of MEP design (calculate duct size, Pipe size, cable size, etc.)

- Preferred Skills

• Experience with cleanrooms is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Revit, Naviswork/BIM is a strong advantage
