134442 - Sales Engineer - Trading

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the equipment and machinery industry - is looking for a Sales Engineer to conduct technical sales and provide automation solutions by understanding manufacturing customers' production challenges and proposing optimal machinery and equipment.

• Working Location: Vinh Tuy Ward, Ha Noi City
• Monthly Salary: 30M - 50M VND (Depending on Experience)
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proposal-based sales of machine tools, automation equipment, industrial robots, measuring instruments, and related equipment to manufacturing customers in Vietnam.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and conduct follow-ups.
  • Develop new customers and new projects.
  • Listen to and understand customer needs and challenges related to their production processes, equipment, and machining methods.
  • Propose machine tools, robots, automation equipment, measuring instruments, etc., according to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to study equipment specifications and system configurations.
  • Explain product and equipment specifications and implementation benefits to customers.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations regarding equipment and machinery at customer sites.
  • Follow up on equipment introduction and installation projects in collaboration with manufacturers and technical staff.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-up and identify additional needs after delivery.
  • Coordination between the internal technical team and the customer
  • Gather information on market trends, competitors, and customer capital investment trends.
  • Report to the line manager.

• Necessary Skill / Experience:
  • Industry experience: Experience with machine tools (machining centers, lathes), machining operations, or machinery sales.
  • Ability to read part drawings and understand machining processes and methods.
  • Experience using CAM.
  • Language Skill: English or Japanese - Fluent Level.
  • Hanoi candidate: A person who can be entrusted with an important position in 5 years.
  • No issues with motion sickness.
  • Interest in sales.
  • Proactive and positive attitude toward work.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers (including arranging evening business dinners).
• Preferable Skill/ Experience:
  • Have Sales experience.
  • Have new clients' development experience.
