134459 - Civil Engineer - Construction

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the construction industry - is looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction site activities for industrial and factory projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule while coordinating with subcontractors.

• Working Location: HCM Office & Project sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc.
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 29M VND Gross

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors.
• Control project safety, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Follow up on renovation and maintenance projects.
• Handle other related tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Intermediate English; able to read and understand technical documents in English.
• At least 5 years of construction site experience, preferably in industrial projects.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.
• Experience working for a Japanese company is an advantage.
