RGF's Client - a company in the industrial automation and electrical equipment industry - is looking for a Technical Leader - Electrical Equipment to manage the technical operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch, provide technical support to sales staff and customers, oversee industrial automation projects in southern Vietnam, and lead the technical team in programming, maintaining, and upgrading factory automation systems.

Working Location: Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City

Monthly Salary: 18M ~ 22M VND Gross

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch.

• Promote and support project development in southern Vietnam according to approved plans.

• Provide direct technical support to the company's sales staff and customers.

• Conduct regular product training for sales staff and customers to improve product knowledge and brand awareness.

• Directly manage and supervise the technical staff of the Ho Chi Minh branch.

• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, inverters, and servo systems for major industrial machinery.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade factory automation systems.

• Regularly report work progress and results to management.

• Graduated from a short-term college program or university with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic English communication skills and the ability to read technical documents in English.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation.

• Knowledge of PLC programming.

• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems from various manufacturers.

• Knowledge of inverters and servo systems used in industrial machinery.

• Knowledge of power distribution equipment and circuit breakers.

• Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferable Skills/Experience:

• Strong communication skills.

• Good English or Japanese language proficiency.
