RGF's Client - a Japanese real estate company - is looking for a Market Research Analyst to support the Sales & Marketing team in collecting, managing, and analyzing real estate market and sales data to inform business decisions.

• Working Location: Giang Vo Ward, Ha Noi City
• Monthly Salary: Up to 24,000,000 VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and regularly update residential real estate market information, including new projects, supply, selling prices, sales policies, and sales progress
  • Monitor competitor projects and key market movements in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and other relevant markets
  • Maintain market, pricing, and competitor databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Support analysis of internal sales performance, including sold/unsold inventory, product mix, pricing, and sales progress
  • Track historical pricing and sales policies and prepare basic comparisons to support pricing and sales strategy analysis
  • Collect and analyze customer and sales-agent feedback through surveys, interviews, and other available sources
  • Conduct project/site visits and communicate with sales agents to collect market information when necessary
  • Support other ad hoc market research and data analysis requested by the team

• Necessary Skills / Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Language skill: English - Business Level
  • Experience: 
    • At least 1 year of experience in market research, consulting, or data analysis in the real estate industry. 
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Careful with numbers and comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Good communication and information-gathering skills
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, eager to learn new areas
  • Will be based in Ha Noi, but business trips to Hai Phong, Bac Ninh (2-5 times per month)
• Preferable Skill/ Experience:
  • Knowledge and experience in the residential real estate market is an advantage
