134732 - Accounting Manager - Trading

RGF's Client - a Japanese trading company - is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and lead the accounting team.

• Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 37M VND Gross

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and review accounting documents and transactions.

• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes and financial reporting.

• Handle accounting and tax-related matters in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

• Directly support daily accounting tasks when necessary.

• Manage and supervise a team of 3 - 4 accounting staff, including task allocation, work progress monitoring, and deadline management.

• Train and guide junior accounting staff and resolve accounting-related issues to ensure smooth team operations.

• Prepare and review accounting reports for management.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters.

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management. 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including monthly/yearly closing and financial reporting.

• Experience leading an accounting team in an Accounting Manager role.

• Business-level English communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and guide junior staff.

• Proficiency in office computer applications and accounting software.

• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Preferable Skills / Experience:

• Japanese language skills.

• Chief Accountant Certificate.
