134771 - Senior Consultant - Consulting

RGF's Client - a Japanese consulting company - is looking for a Senior Consultant to who can deliver high-quality consulting services and actionable recommendations to Japanese corporate clients and Vietnamese government agencies while identifying new business opportunities in priority sectors.

• Working Location: Cua Nam, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 35,000,000 ~ 50,000,000VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities

1. Project Execution and Consulting Delivery 

• Participate in and support project implementation in the consulting team throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, actionable deliverables for Japanese corporate clients and policy recommendations for Vietnamese government agencies. 
• Conducting desktop research and interviews with related parties. 
• Support to arrange meetings/ workshops between consultants, Japanese clients and Vietnamese stakeholders (enterprises, government entities (ministries, local authorities), etc.); attending and facilitating such meetings. 

2. Business development 

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify, screen, and evaluate new investment and business opportunities in priority domain areas: Healthcare, Environment & Energy, Transportation Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education Background: University degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Financial, or related fields 
• Experience: At least 5 years of work experience as a consultant in the consulting/research industry OR at least 7 years of work experience in Business Development/Marketing in a manufacturing company
• Language Skill: English business level (at least TOEIC score 850 level) OR Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3 or above for internal communication).
• Personality: ambitious, motivated, energetic, smart, proactive, and quick to learn
• Skill:
  • Effective information-gathering and research skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Good Japanese language ability
