135054 - FGD Maintenance Supervisor - Energy

RGF's Client - The electricity company - is looking for FGD Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and perform maintenance operations for FGD systems and related auxiliary equipment in a thermal power plant to ensure reliable and safe plant operation.

• Working Location: Thanh Hoa Province
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities:
  - Perform maintenance duties in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.
  - Establish priorities of existing resources, ensuring reliable operation of the plant is achieved. Supervise work on FGD and related auxiliaries, ensuring safe effective and efficient implementation of work method statements;
  - Prepare internal approval related with maintenance works and keep record maintenance history.
  - Identify and update the required spare part list for FGD and Coal Handling and its BOP’s equipment
  - Propose improvement items of system for easy maintenance
  - Assist supervision and monitoring of maintenance on the other area in case of absence of assigned person and during holidays
  - Ensure frequent update of FGD related technical documentation, CMMS and reports;
  - Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: Mechanical Bachelor Engineering Degree required
• Language Skill: English - Business Level (good at writing and speaking)
• Minimum 5 year experience in power plant maintenance or equivalent industrial environment in which supervising role including mechanical equipment and maintenance work planning exposure
• Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required
• Ability to conduct Planning and problem analysis regarding FGD, SCR, and Coal facilities of the supercritical coal power plant
• Ability to Interpret Mechanical drawing, Hydraulic drawing, and the Result of diagnosis of mechanical troubles
• Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance for local Mechanical facilities such as FGS, SCR, and Coal handling system and auxiliaries

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Prefer a certificate of completion on mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal management
• Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance in Super critical coal boiler power plant
• Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of FGD, SCR, Coal system of Super critical coal boiler power plant
