Account Manager (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to join our team as a Food & Beverage Account Manager, delivering innovative hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, and food safety solutions to leading Food & Beverage manufacturers.

·       Location: 6th Floor, The Hub Building, 195/10E Dien Bien Phu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

·       Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand market share within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, key accounts, distributors.
• Conduct site surveys, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
• Promote and provide technical consultation on hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, and food safety solutions.
• Coordinate with Technical Hub to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, profit objectives, and business KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Account Manager, Business Development, or related roles.
• Experience in Food Processing, Beverage, Brewery, Dairy, Meat Processing, …industries is highly preferred.

Professional Competencies

• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and food safety requirements.
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection practices within Food & Beverage operations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend value-added solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and manage projects effectively.

Other Requirements

• Self-motivated, customer centric, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
