Account Officer ( Hà Nội )

• Check & settle distribution claim for promotion programs
• Check Promotion Schemes in the software.
• AR & AP accountant.
• Issue e-invoices.
• Controlling Distributors' sales software.
• Participate stock count at distributor& retailer visit monthly
• Monthly reports on GT secondary sales.
• Other duties are assigned by Manager.

University graduation in Acccounting & Finance
Experience with ERP such as SAP/ MS office, advance knowledge of Excel 
At least 2 year experience in the similar position
Proactive approach
Ability to work independently & follow timelines for reporting
Can travel in North Vietnam per job requirement
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team member
